McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park is a wonderful destination to visit in Northern California. Burney Falls has campgrounds, hiking trails, and most obviously the spectacular falls for which it is named. The beauty of Burney Falls is not just the water flowing over the top of the ridge down into the pool below but also the water that flows from underground springs that make themselves visible all along the 129 foot cliff. This image of the falls has been rendered with some semi-abstract post processing to give a view of the falls re-imagined.
